Delivery

 

 

How do I know that I successfully completed my online purchase?

 

As soon as you complete your payment via PayPal, a payment receipt will be available for printing on the PayPal payment screen. You will also receive a “Thank you” e-mail from us. We will contact you if you made any online enquiries.

 

How do you deliver my order?

 

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries.

 

Orders will be sent by standard post as available at checkout. You also have the option to come, meet with us and pick up your goods in person.

 

As we are a small business please allow 3-4 days of handling time and depending on your location

  • 3-6 business days for Metropolitan areas and

  • up to 10 business days for Regional areas for delivery

 

If goods are not available due to an unexpected situation, we will advise you within 2 days of purchase.

 

Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout.

 

If you require an Express Courier Service and/or Signature on Delivery and/or Insurance, please email us with the request. We will arrange the service and provide you a payment method for extra charges. We use Australia Post pricing for these services.

 

The maximum weight of a parcel sent via Australia Post is 22kgs. If your order weighs more than 22kgs alternative shipping methods will have to be made. Please email us to arrange delivery methods.

 

If you live in NSW you also have the option to pick up the order from our store. Address will be provided on request. If paid online, when picking up the order, you'll be requested a receipt of proof of purchase.
