How do I return a purchased product?

 

We love our creations and we hope you do too! We encourage you to contact us if your order is not what you were expecting! Your happiness with what you have purchased is important to us so we will do our best to resolve any issues with the product for you to enjoy using it for years to come.

 

If you would like to return a product, please contact us via email to outline why you are returning it and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

• Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure they are not damaged during return transit.

• Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we sent you the wrong product.

• Refunds: All the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless we sent you the wrong product.

• We prefer Australia Post for the returned goods. Please ensure to send them with a tracking number to track missing or lost items. Please send items to Elishi Home address that will be provided to you on our email.

• All refunds, exchanges & credits will only be given upon receipt of the returned goods.

 

Please be aware that the colours of our products represented on Elishi Home website may differ slightly from the actual product. Appearances may vary from one computer screen to another due to the colour settings on your computer.

 

Some of our products are not brand new and in some cases are very old, as a result they are not in immaculate condition (e.g. there may be some signs of wear and tear, such as small gaps on our kilims). The majority of the materials of we use in our products are pre-loved and/or handmade. We think the imperfections on some of our products add to their authenticity and make them special.  We pick and design them with love and hope you will love them as much as we do!

 

These expected imperfections cannot be returned, repaired or exchanged.
